The Arnau House is a building located in Granada.
The building consists of three bodies implemented in an área of steep slope. To access the body located in the upper bound we utilize only one ground being that the access is made by the cover slab, by a stairway or by an elevator. The intermediate body is a covering stair which is solidary a connection between the other two bodies, in addition to having a conection function it has a structural, it exerts a reaction to the upper bound body.
The foundations had to be appropriate depending on the constructive conditions and horizontal loads. Anchors and micropiles of 25cm were used
